How do you escape from the rat race of life? The Book of Galatians uncovers the most subtle attack on sincere believers in the church today: performance-based religion. Galatians has been called “The Magna Carta of Christian Liberty.” It documents our spiritual emancipation from the Law. We cannot be delivered from our sins by self effort in keeping a set of ethical principles. We are changed within by the indwelling Spirit as He reveals the life of Jesus Christ in us. Take a deeper look at this epistle, which so clearly defines salvation “by faith alone.” God is not disappointed in you: there is nothing you can do to make Him love you more, and there is nothing you can do to cause Him to love you less.
